"I utilize different modalities which foster self-love and radical self-acceptance as one heals and transform from trauma, old childhood wounds, child sexual abuse, relationship wounds, grief and more.
I believe recovery is a process that is about progress, not perfection. The practice of positive thoughts takes time and as a therapist, I can guide you. Especially because we have a lot of negativity locked in our brains (self-aversion) and in our society. It takes a commitment to a daily practice of positive cognitions via meditation, self-soothing talks and self-care activities.
In therapy, we can make these your goals and take baby steps to achieve them at your own pace. We can learn to live more joyous and more full filling lives-which is our birthright. The more emotionally present we become for ourselves: the better we are able to relate with more emotional intimacy with self and others.
My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed and aspires to accomplish."
